I use design to help solve problems for people and help them to live easier lives. I apply evidence-based, user-centred-design principles to create elegant outcomes that serve a real purpose for people and organisations.
I am a digital healthcare specialist with over 5 years experience of working in cross-government agile teams. I have helped deliver services for the Home Office, the Department for International Trade and the Department of Health and Social Care. All my projects have aligned with the Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and have successfully passed 3 assessments (in Alpha, Beta and Live).
